Halloween 2014

We had a great Halloween this year! Suzy loved every aspect from pumpkin picking, to Halloween parties with her friends, to dressing up and trick or treating! Our family had so much fun!

7 lbs. 5 oz. 20 inches long

We welcomed our beautiful baby Sophie into our family on September 7th, 2014. She arrived 10 days early and very fast! I began having strong contractions throughout the night and early morning on the 7th. Cole finally convinced me to go to the hospital to get checked out. We dropped Suzy off at Grandma and Grandpas house around 11:30 AM. Cole and my Dad gave me a blessing and we were off to the hospital. We arrived right about 12:00 noon. They checked me and to my surprise I was already dilated to a 7.5!! They rushed me to my room to quickly get an epidural in time. I started pushing at 2:00 and a quick 9 minutes later our little Sophie was born at 2:09 PM! It all happened so fast that we were a little in shock, but we couldn't have been happier to have our new little girl here safe and sound. We all love her so much and she is the perfect addition to our family! We are a new happy little family of four!

Girls Trip to NYC 2014

Suzy and I took a girls trip to NYC this summer with all the Swan Girls! We had the best time! We were able to do all the fun girly things we wanted! We went to lunch at the American Girl Store Cafe and then Grandma bought Suzy her first Bitty Baby Doll. We had tea time at Alice's Tea Cup, shopped, went on a carriage ride through Central Park, ate smores's at Cosi's, went to a Broadway show and had to hang out in the freezer section of the grocery store because it was sooooo hot! I love all these girls so much and am so happy they are my family!!
