Millie's Princess Run 2013

Millie's Princess Run is a foundation that was initially founded to help bring financial aid to a darling little girl named Millie Flamm and her family. Millie was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 4 and fought for 3 1/2 years. Last years run was dedicated to her family and all the proceeds went to help them financially with the cost that having a family member with cancer can bring. Little Millie passed away a few weeks ago after a long and valiant fight. Her family is in the Robinson's ward and we also got to know them as Millie and our brother Tyler fought cancer together up at Primary Children's. She loved Tyler and Tyler loved her. Although Cole and I don't know the Flamm family personally we feel as though they are special friends since they were so close with Ty. Any one who was special to Tyler is special to us! Although, Millie has passed away her Princess Run foundation still lives on and will now help a different family each year that has a child battling cancer. What an incredible legacy for little Millie. I hope to see this run get bigger and bigger every year. 

We were really excited to participate this year! Everyone dresses up in princess costumes, tutus and tiaras! It is such a blast! We loved running...(walking) with all our family and friends! Can't wait until next year!

Sunday Best

Every Sunday we walk to church since it is so close to our house! This particular day I couldn't help but bring my camera and snap a couple of pictures of my little lady in her Sunday best! She is such a doll!

Baking with Mom

A few weeks ago Suzy and I made cookies for Cole! They had a really yummy cool whip/cream cheese frosting! As you can tell by these pictures little Suzy was quite fond of it and found out that she loves baking with Mom! I love having a little girl to do fun mom/daughter things with! She brings me so much joy!

Moab 2013

We had the best get a way to Moab this year for Memorial Day weekend! We go every year with the Robinson family and it is always a blast! We especially had fun with Suzy this year! She loved going hiking, swimming and exploring the condo grounds. We went on a really fun hike that took us through rivers and at the top was a beautiful pool of water with waterfalls. Suzy had fun being packed around on my back the whole way. She especially loved the water pools at the top! She could have played in there for hours! At one point her Uncle Jesse was flying her over the little waterfall and she was splashing and giggling the whole time! She ended up falling asleep on my back on the hike back down. It was really cute. We also had a blast going swimming every day. We discovered that Suzy is a little fish! She loved swimming with her Dad. The best part of the trip though was simply just being together as a family. We always have the best time together and laugh constantly. I loved hanging out with my sisters-in-law and going for walks each morning with the babies. I feel very blessed to be apart of the Robinson clan! We can't wait to go to Moab again next year!
