Halloween 2013

We had such a great Halloween this year! It is so fun getting dressed up and going to all of the parties! We decided to throw a fun Halloween costume party at our house this year for our family! Everyone's costumes were awesome! We had such a great time! We started the night by taking the little ones Trick or Treating! It was basically all of their first times since last year they were all so young. They loved it and came back with a pumpkin full of yummy treats! I couldn't get over how cute they looked walking down the side walk all together! We then had a yummy pizza dinner with witches brew and played fun games. We pumpkin bowled for ghosts, ate donuts off a string and played Halloween musical chairs! It was a great night!

Wheeler Farm

Suzy and I had a fun little outing to Wheeler Farm a few weeks ago! The weather was perfect and we had such a great time together! Suzy loves animals and especially horses so it was fun for her to see them up close! On our way home we stopped and got her her very own ice cream cone! She was in heaven! I love days with my cute girl!

Cornbelly's

We decided to hit up Cornbelly's one weekend when Danielle and her cute girls were in town! We love our cousins and had such a fun time with them!

Fall Walks

Suzy and I have loved the beautiful fall weather! I think we went on a walk to the park everyday in the months of September and October. We love having a park within walking distance of our house! We stroll to the park and then Suzy loves to get out and explore all by herself as we walk around the loop! It takes us a good 45 minutes to walk around the whole park but I wouldn't trade that time for the world. We especially loved when the leaves began to fall and we could crunch the leaves! She is such a cute girl and is learning new things everyday. I love that I get to be her Mom!

Newport Beach and Disneyland

We ended our summer by going to Newport Beach and Disneyland with my family! I can't explain how much fun we had on this vacation. We loved every minute of it!

We started the trip out by staying for a couple days in the beautiful Marriott Newport Coast Villas. It was such a fun and relaxing way to start our vacation. We swam, went to Fashion Island, hit up Huntington Beach and ate lots of yummy food! We were able to take some family pictures one evening on the beach! We can't wait to get them back! I did snap a few with my own camera that turned out pretty well too!

After leaving Newport we were ready to hit the main attraction of the trip...DISNEYLAND! We were so excited! My dad spoiled us and got us rooms at The Grand Californian Disney Resort! It was an awesome hotel and had a private entrance right into the parks! I think every parent dreams about the first time taking your own child to Disneyland! It was magical. Suzy did pretty well for the most part. She didn't love the rides, mostly because they scared her quite a bit. She is still a bit young for most things. She did however, really enjoy "it's a small world", the teacups and all the parades and shows. My parents were nice enough to take Suzy to the room for her afternoon naps, so Cole and I could go on the big rides! It was a lot of fun! Our hotel also had an amazing pool! Suzy had the best time swimming and going down the slide! One of the best parts of the trip was celebrating my two nieces birthdays while in Disneyland! How fun it was to be in the parks on both their special days. It does help that they are only a day apart! I love them so much and was so happy to be there for their special days!

Overall, I can't say how much we loved this trip! I can't wait to go back again in the years to come! Disney truly is magical!
